Grown by Felipe Arcila at Finca Jardines del Eden. This coffee is carefully handpicked in order to use only the ripest cherries. They are transported to La Pradera where they are exposed to anaerobic fermentation of 16 hours and then placed on concrete patios for three days, and later dried at 40 degrees celsius in a guardiola to ideal moisture content. This microlot is 100% Castillo, a varietal developed to be more productive than Caturra and is resistant to leaf rust. Enjoy this rich and syrupy brew.
All our 250g and 1kg bags are Recyclable. To recycle them, they need to be taken to a soft plastic recycling collection, like ‘Red Cycle’, which is available at leading supermarkets around Australia.
