Ninga was built to support this remote community after it became clear many farmers were travelling long distances just to access fair weighing and pricing for their harvest. Coffee trees grow everywhere on these hills, from the edges of narrow dirt paths to the doorsteps of farmers’ mud-brick homes. In a place this remote, coffee plays an important role in daily life.
