BOLIVIA - AURORA MACHACA, ORGANIC (WASHED)

Finca Aurora Machaca sits in Bolivia's Caranavi region, an area that has become the heart of the country's specialty coffee movement. While Bolivia produces only a small amount of coffee compared to its neighbours, its coffees have earned a devoted following for their sweetness, clarity, and distinctive character. Founded in 2011 by Jhony Machaca, Aurora Machaca is part of a new generation of farms helping bring international attention to Bolivian coffee. Today, thousands of families in Caranavi rely on coffee production, and producers like Jhony are helping shape an exciting future for a country increasingly recognised as one of specialty coffee's rising stars.
