We roast and ship fresh coffee every Monday & Tuesday. This way, every bag is freshly roasted and you get maximum time to enjoy it. No stale beans and nothing that's been sitting on a shelf — just fresh coffee when you need it.

You’re charged periodically on a Monday based on your required frequency. You can see when your next payment will be made in your Customer Portal.

Yes, our subscription cut-off day is Wednesday. This helps us to ensure your first order is delivered as fresh as possible. If you order after Wednesday, your first order will be roasted on the following Monday.

No. We rotate our selections so you won’t get the same coffee back-to-back. Roaster’s Pick is about variety — different origins, different flavour profiles, every time.

When starting a new subscription, we recommend checking out with just the subscription on its own. This prevents additional shipping fees that automatically applied to non-subscription items.

Once your subscription is active, you can add extra items to your next delivery through your Customer Portal.

Of course. When you subscribe, just choose your preferred grind size to match how you brew — espresso, pour-over, plunger, or anything else. If you don’t have a grinder, we’ll make sure your coffee arrives ready to go.

When you start your subscription, your first order will be generated immediately and it will be shipped based on when you placed your order. See: Is there a cut-off day for my first order?

All orders shipped by Tuesday latest. Once it’s on the way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

Once your subscription has begun, your next order will fall in place on the next available Monday according to your required frequency.

Shipping is based on your subscription value, however all orders are upgraded to Express Shipping to ensure only the freshest coffee arrives on your doorstep.

Under $60 = $7.50 | Over $60 = Free

Shipping charges remain the same if you wish add anything else to your next order.

We ship Australia-wide, and every order comes with tracking so you can follow it from our roastery to your door.

You can update your details anytime through your Customer Portal — address, payment method, or subscription preferences. The updates will apply to your next order.

Yes. Log in to your Customer Portal to skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or change your next order date. Just make the change before your next billing date so we can catch it in time.

Yes, you can cancel whenever you like through your Customer Portal. If your next order has already been charged, it’ll still be shipped, but you won’t be billed again.
