BOLOVIA - MAMANI FAMILY (WASHED)

The Mamani family are among the most respected coffee producers in Uchumachi, a small and remote settlement in Bolivia’s Caranavi province. Several siblings and their families farm neighbouring plots here, working together and sharing a central wet mill during harvest. Over the past decade they have shifted their focus from selling coffee locally to producing high quality specialty lots, supported by the Rodríguez family and the Sol de la Mañana program. This washed Caturra and Catuaí lot reflects the region’s ideal growing conditions, delivering a lively, winey profile with bright fruit character and a smooth, chocolatey finish.
