Produced by around 175 coffee-growing families in Colombia's renowned Tolima region, El Indio showcases what can be achieved through collaboration and shared knowledge. Since 2019, local producers have worked alongside our sourcing partners to refine natural processing methods, with the majority of growers now producing most of their coffee this way. Surrounded by high mountains and fertile volcanic soils, Tolima has long been recognised as one of Colombia's premier coffee regions, regularly earning a place in the prestigious Cup of Excellence. The result is a coffee that reflects both the region's exceptional growing conditions and the dedication of the families behind every harvest.
