COLOMBIA - EL MERIDIANO (WASHED)


This coffee is produced in the Tolima region by smallholder farmers. Tolima provides incredible climate conditions to grow delicious coffees. Coffee farming has been a big industry in this region for multiple generations and farmers are continually refining their practices to improve quality and sustainability. Cherries are carefully picked and transported to the closest micromill where they are washed. Once washed it is placed 
on patios and dried for 8-15 days. This delicious coffee will provide a clean mouthfeel with notes of lime, grape and coconut sugar.
