La Muralla is produced by a collective of farmers from the community of San Agustin in southern Huila. The group of producers is particularly young on average, with most of them in their mid-20s. With that youth comes an inspired and energetic passion for producing high-end specialty coffee. La Muralla produces a variety of specialty lots, and with this lot being selectively Pink Bourbon, we’re presented with a complex flavour profile reminiscent of a variety of fruits, particularly ripe citrus.
