Our first ever Ecuador coffee in the Roastery, and it’s a goodie!! Clean, Balanced, buttery mouthfeel and cinnamon vibes remind us of a delicious warm Cinnamon Bun. There isn’t much of this one, so cafe’s who want to feature it should get in soon!!

Mario Hervas was a pioneer of the specialty coffee industry in Ecuador. His passion has led him to produce some of the highest grade specialty coffee in the area. Mario is responsible for the quality control, fermentation and drying processes on the farm, which he has now owned for six years. Over time, he has expanded his coffee area and volume and someday wants to become one of he best coffee producers in Ecuador.
