Green Spring sits high in the Sonkolle Kallato kebele of Guji, where cool temperatures and elevations above two thousand metres shape a slow, steady maturation of the cherry. This calm rhythm gives the coffee its layered sweetness and the vibrant aromatics the region is known for. The farm cultivates Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112, hardy Ethiopian selections prized for producing clean, expressive cups in challenging highland conditions. In the cup, expect tropical fruit sweetness supported by gentle spices, a flavour profile that reflects both the varieties and the distinctive mountain climate that defines Green Spring.
