Karana is a producer and processor of Indonesian specialty coffee, with a strong focus on the island of Bali. This Lot is grown in the Kintamani coffee plantations and is processed nearby in Bali’s cultural hub of Ubud by local workers. Karana is renowned as a pioneer in coffee fermentation techniques which are developed to enhance the natural characteristics of the coffee they produce. This anaerobic natural coffee will provide big flavours of stewed apple and mandarin.
