INDONESIA - WAHANA ESTATE (NATURAL)

Wahana Estate is situated right on the equatorial belt in North Sumatra, Indonesia. The volcanic soil and high altitude of this region provides great conditions to grow coffee. All cherries are produced by a collective of smallholders within Wahana Estate. To ensure high quality coffee, cherries are only picked when properly ripe. The cherries then undergo a natural process where they are dried and pulped. This coffee provides sweet and full bodied flavour with notes of cacao, strawberries and cream.
