UGANDA - ZUKUKA BORA (NATURAL)
This lot comes from the slopes of Mt. Elgon in eastern Uganda, where more than 1,100 farmers work with Zukuka Bora, a producer group recognised for paying some of the region’s highest cherry prices. Farms sit between 1,400 and 2,200 metres on rich volcanic soils, lending the coffee its unmistakable character. Lots from Elgon often bring together harvests from several communities, creating a balance of consistency and uniqueness. For this lot, the natural process is handled with care and patience, preserving clarity alongside depth. The result is a fruit-forward cup with juicy sweetness, vibrant body, and a clean, lingering finish.
