This coffee is produced by a collective of more than 80 small scale farmers in the remote region of Tolima, Colombia. The coffee is carefully picked by family members on each farm and is then transported by horse or truck to the closest micromill where it is washed. Once washed it is carefully sorted and dried on raised beds for 15-17 days resulting in a well rounded, balanced cup with notes of passionfruit, mangoes and cream.
