A crowd favourite; this blend is a combination of seasonally fresh and tasty coffees. Like any crop, coffee is seasonal. We combine freshly harvested coffees as they come in and out of season. Some are available year round, others only a few months. This blend, backed by a full bodied and malty base, shows off the flavour of the season.

This washed microlot coffee comes from the Nyamasheke district of Rwanda. The Kula Project works with and supports over 1,000 coffee farmers in this region alone to empower them in their ventures. The project also aims to connect the gap between the consumer and the producers of the specialty coffee industry to increase value to the farmers and the hard work they put into growing coffee. This connection is made through the sharing of knowledge and stories of where the coffee comes from as well providing farmers with access to industry training, personal development, mentorship and investment opportunities. The work the Kula Project is doing in Rwanda is improving the quality of coffee produced and providing a more sustainable industry.

This coffee is produced by ASOPEP, an association of growers in Planadas, Tolima committed to quality and minimising environmental damage due to coffee production. They have certified almost 100% of their members as organic. Also, the coop runs workshops at their labs every weekend for young people to learn how to cup. There is a huge desire among many young people in Planadas to learn this skill. ASOPEP association is composed of 175 coffee farming families. The Tolima region is one of Colombia's most productive coffee-growing regions and is renowned for the quality it produces. This coffee is naturally processed at the ASOPEP communal drying station. Growers deliver their cherries here so they can be hand-sorted, fermented, and then placed on raised beds or concrete patios until 11% moisture content is achieved.

This yummy coffee was produced by smallholder farmers from San Francisco Ozolotepec, a town and municipality in Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. It's a wildly rural place, presenting many challenges that have been
overcome to land this quality coffee in your hands. As for processing, once picked these coffee cherries were fermented for 20-24 hours before being washed and dried for 8-12 days. Soak that all in while you're sipping a balanced and sweet cup, with notes of nectarine, pineapple and toffee.

Edilberto is a second-generation coffee farmer. His farm is located in San Antonio. Here Edilberto grows some high quality coffees. Recently, he has been naturally processing his coffees and has been producing excellent results. Cherries are carefully hand-picked and sorted ensuring only the ripest cherries are selected and are defect free. They are then sundried on raised beds in temperature controlled conditions for 25-30 days to provide this coffee with maximum sweetness and body. You can expect notes of nectarine, and orange wine.
