Jamir Munoz Burbano is the owner of Buenavista Farm in Huila, Colombia. Located in ideal coffee growing conditions Jamir Munoz grows high quality coffee. His coffee undergoes a natural fermentation in the sun for 12 hours followed by a secondary fermentation in tanks after being pulped. This secondary fermentation lasts up to 40 hours, providing a sweet, juicy mouthfeel with notes of Nectarine, Blackcurrant and Maple.
