ECUADOR - GRACE MORALES (WASHED)
Finca Cruz Loma is a farm located in the Pichincha province of Ecuador. This farm produces small amounts of coffee along with fruits and vegetables to sell locally. Grace Morales Flores runs this farm year round along with her brother, often the wider family come together to help when needed. Grace carries out her own coffee processing which allows her to highlight different profiles and flavours in the coffee she grows and produces. This coffee went through a washed process which provides a clean mouthfeel and clarity in flavour with notes of caramel, orange and chocolate.
