ETHIOPIA - NESRU ABA NURA (NATURAL)
The region of Jimma is known for its diverse culture and wildlife, and produces some of the most sought after specialty coffees in the world. Nesru Aba Nura’s farm spans nine hectares and is planted with JARC 74110 coffee, a sub-varietal of Ethiopian Heirloom which was developed in the 70’s by the ‘Jimma Agricultural Research Centre’ to support resistance against coffee berry disease. Nesru’s coffee is naturally processed and is dried on raised beds for an average of 21 days, resulting in a wonderful sweetness, great clarity of flavour and a tropical fruit character.
