ETHIOPIA - TELILA (WASHED)


This coffee is produced in the Jimma region and processed by Mike Mamo at the Telila Washing Station which he owns and operates. Mike purchased the station back in 2019 with a focus on quality and experimentation and has since produced exceptionally clean and tasty coffees. In the pursuit of improving quality Mike is continually innovating applying new methods to how he sorts and processes his coffee. This microlot was produced with coffee cherries purchased only from farmers in the Genji Challa kebele, then meticulously washed and dried to maximize clarity and sweetness. You can expect a clean cup with notes of melon, earl grey and lime.
