MEXICO - AGUA IGLESIA (WASHED)

Agua Iglesia is a small town in the remote Sierra Mazateca region of Oaxaca. This town is made up of numerous smallholder farmers who combine their harvests together to produce a larger amount. The region is very remote and hard to access because of its dramatic landscape. This region produces some of the highest quality coffee in all of Mexico due to the high altitude. This provides good conditions for the coffee to grow resulting in clean and balanced flavours.
