NICARAGUA - EL VOLCAN (WASHED)
This coffee comes from a coffee farming region called Nueva Segovia in Nicaragua. The high altitude of this region provides farmers with a mild climate and nutrient rich soil, ideal for producing high quality coffee. Cherries are depulped immediately after picking and left to ferment for a period between 24-36 hours.
