PERU - EDILBERTO TORRES (NATURAL)


Edilberto is a second-generation coffee farmer. His farm is located in San Antonio. Here Edilberto grows some high quality coffees. Recently, he has been naturally processing his coffees and has been producing excellent results. Cherries are carefully hand-picked and sorted ensuring only the ripest cherries are selected and are defect free. They are then sundried on raised beds in temperature controlled conditions for 25-30 days to provide this coffee with maximum sweetness and body. You can expect notes of nectarine, and orange wine.
