Biya Faris is a single producer whose farm is located in Bashasha, Jimma, West Ethiopia. His coffees are cultivated at an impressive altitude of 2,000 - 2,200 masl. This microlot undergoes a natural process where it is dried on raised beds for a period of 18 - 21 days. Biya’s unique farm location and meticulous processing techniques lend to the clean and floral flavours this coffee provides. You can expect notes of mango sorbet and lemonade.
