This coffee is grown by Liliana Burbano Bolanas in Huila, Colombia. Located in idyllic coffee growing conditions, Liliana is able to produce excellent quality coffee. Once picked, coffee cherries were fermented for 50 hours then pulped. This was followed by another fermentation period of 30 hours and then dried between 12-15 days. This provides a clean mouthfeel and complex sweetness with notes of kiwifruit, honey and chamomile.
