Raro Nansebo is a small coffee producing village in East Guji, Ethiopia. It is home to a high quality variety called Kudhume. Smallholder farmers in this village keep their varieties separate from others to ensure their unique characteristics are distinguished from the others. The coffee is also disease resistant which provides farmers a consistent and quality yield. This coffee undergoes a traditional natural process and is known for its strong syrupy body with complex tropical flavours with notes of raspberry sorbet and dark chocolate.
