KENYA - KAMWANGI PB (WASHED)
Kamwangi Coffee Factory is located in Kirinyaga County which sits on the slopes of Mount Kenya. It is world renowned for its amazing coffee quality. The factory uses a traditional washed process where the pulp is removed immediately after sorting. From there beans are left to ferment for 24 to 36 hours followed by washing, then another sorting and grading process. Finally beans are left to dry for 12 to 20 days. This provides the coffee with a clean and crisp mouthfeel.
