MOHAMMED ABA NURA - ETHIOPIA (NATURAL)


Mohammed Aba Nura produces coffee on his own farm in the Omafuntulay Kebele of Jimma, West Ethiopia. Having his own export license means he is one of few Ethiopian single producers who can grow, process and export their own coffee. The extremely high altitude and ideal coffee growing conditions of his farm lend to producing very high coffees. This natural processed coffee was carefully dried on raised beds for 20 days providing rich body and complex flavours with notes of blackberry, 
prunes and red grapes.
