CAMILA CHILITO COLOMBIA (WASHED)
This is our first year sourcing from Camila Chilito in Huila, Colombia — a region we return to time and time again for its consistently vibrant coffees. Camila’s maiden harvest Gesha varietal is no exception: It's refreshing, moreish, and available exclusively for filter to highlight its layered acidity and delicate texture.

A standout first microlot from third-generation grower Camila Chilito, produced on her family’s farm, Finca Villa Caney, in the lush hills of Huila, Colombia. Alongside her parents, Camila cultivates Gesha with care and intention, growing coffee among plantains and avocados. This lot is processed with a double 72-hour sealed-bag fermentation, then double-washed and patio-dried for over fifteen days. The result is a cup that’s elegant, expressive, and meticulously crafted. Expect vibrant florals, a sticky-sweet dried fruit character, and a silky, refined structure — a beautiful expression of both variety and place, and a celebration of Camila’s dedication.
