Grown at Finca Monteverde in Herrera, Tolima, this Gesha carries the legacy of more than 70 years of work by the Gutierrez family. Roasted for filter brewing to highlight its delicate character, the cup opens with jasmine and fresh red fruit aromatics. On the palate, it is silky and juicy, with bright acidity supported by a rounded body. The finish is smooth and persistent. Elegant yet approachable, this coffee offers clarity that appeals to experienced coffee drinkers while remaining inviting to those new to specialty coffee.
